At the auction immediately following the bidding, the winning bidder(s) will be required to sign a real estate sales contract and pay $10,000 earnest money as a non-refundable down payment payable to Missouri Secured Title.
The balance of the purchase price will be due at closing which will take place at Missouri Secured Title, located at 104 N. College St. Richmond, MO. 64085. on or before 45 days from the signing of the contract, actual date to be determined by Missouri Secured Title.
Possession will be given at the time of closing. The 2017 real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of closing. Title Insurance in the full amount of the purchase price will be provided.
