Balance will be due in approx 30 days with a 10% buyer premium added to the final payment. Taxes are $947.84 a year due on the 1st of November and will be paid by the seller. Subsequent taxes will be assumed by the buyer(s). Showings will be arranged through the auction company but property will be ready for inspection November 3rd & 4th the days of the personal property auction but not before. All closing costs will be shared by both buyer(s) and seller.
