Buyers must plan to bring help and tools to remove items, Some items are very heavy or to big to fit thru doors and will need to be disassembled to be removed. WCA or MWSU Staff will not be provided or assist to help in the removal of any of the items! Please bid and plan accordingly. Buyers will be held accountable for any damage(s) caused due to the removal of any item(s). If you cannot remove or bring help to remove your items DO NOT BID! Items 250-398 are located on the second floor of the building. Stair access only.
