This tract to be sold at the New Hampton Fire Station at 1:30 P.M.
Terms: Ten (10%) percent of the total bid price due on the day of the auction with the balance due in approximately 30 days on or before December 31, 2018. Seller will provide title insurance. The 2018 Real Estate taxes will be paid by the seller.
This sale will need court approval, therefore the seller reserves the right to reject any and all bids. This sale is not final until approval by the court.
