METHOD & TERMS
Both tracts will be sold individually on a price per acre basis. The acreages in this brochure are estimated. A survey of both tracts is currently being conducted. The final settlement price will be based upon the acreage obatained from survey.
Ten percent (10%) of the purchase price to be paid down at time of sale with balance due on or before May 2, 2019. Full possession for the 2019 farmland season will be given at the closing. Title insurance will be provided. The 2018 real estate taxes, payable in 2019, will be paid by the sellers.
