Personal Property:  Registration w/ Photo ID is required. Cash, Check, Credit Card (3%) w/ proper ID. Nothing is removed until settled for. Auction Personnel or owners not responsible for in case of accidents or items after sold. All items sell AS-IS, where-is. Announcements sale day take precedence overall all advertising.

Real Estate:  10% of purchase price as Earnest Money deposit required day of auction. Balance due upon closing within approximately 30 to 45 days. Buyer must have financing secured prior to bidding.
