120 Acres m/l, with approximately 96 acres tillable (80%).  Predominantly Grundy and Lagonda soils with very gently rolling topography.  Good access from both Hwy 11 on the West and Bachtel Rd along the North.  This property has great cropland potential as well as several potential building sites.
