Welcome to Treasure Nest Estates Auctions! 

We're a family owned company that travels across the Kansas City Area and surrounding areas. 

We DO NOT have a warehouse facility, so we do not hold items. 

We have specific loadout dates and have to stick to those dates. If you can not make them please DO NOT bid. 

No additional dates will be given, any items not picked up on loadout dates are FORFEITED and revert back to seller. 

All lots are AS/WHERE is Condition - Refunds are not given for mistaken or assumed bidding. 

Bidders are responsible for bringing ALL necessary supplies for removing their items such as Labor, Boxes, Wrapping, and if needed Dolly. We DO NOT provide those. 

Address is given on date auction ends due to clients safety and safety of property while on online auction. 

As of January 1st 2023 an additional $1.00 is added to each additional item for processing fees.
