Tracts are located approximately 4 miles east of Humphreys, MO or approximately 10.2 miles southwest of Milan, MO in Section 3 T61N R21W Duncan Township, Sullivan County, MO.

From Humphreys, take Hwy 6 east approximately 3.5 miles, then turn south on Hwy DD for approximately ½ mi, then turn east onto Saddle Rd, tracts 1 & 2 are ahead on south side of the road. Continue south on Hwy DD for access to tract 3.

From Milan, take Hwy 5 south approximately 4.1 miles, then turn west onto Hwy 6 for approximately 5.6 miles, then turn south on Hwy DD for approximately ½ mi, then turn east onto Saddle Rd, tracts 1 & 2 are ahead on south side of the road. Continue south on Hwy DD for access to tract 3.
