TRACT 2:
Consists of 40.8 surveyed acres that lie in the southeast corner of the Junction of Highway 63 and McHatton Road. According to the Boone County FSA Office there are 26.56 tillable acres with the balance in wooded draws, fence rows and mature timber.
TRACT 3:
Consists of 40.8 Surveyed acres that lie in the northeast corner of the Junction of Highway 63 and the north side of McComas Road.
