Pick Up Dates for this Auction are absolute and NO ADDITIONAL DATES WILL BE GIVEN 

There will not be labor or boxes to remove lots so BRING LABOR, TOOLS, AND BOXES for removal. 

Pick Up DATE May 11th 9:00 am - 2:00 pm 

All lots are described to the best of our knowledge and refunds will not be given for mistaken bidding.
