Real Estate Info.
Commercial 5770 sq. ft. building with concrete parking lot, sitting on a .66-acre lot that measures 111.83 ft. x 253.76 ft. at 124 Parker Lane in St. James, Missouri.

The original building was built in 1977 and is divided into three basic connecting sections.  The front section was used as the NAPA retail parts store and measures approximately 51 ft. x 40 ft. with a brick front wall with large windows, front entrance door and access door to the shop area.  This section has a concrete floor, is insulated, heated and cooled, has a single restroom facility and overhead storage area.   

The connected shop area was used as a full-service automotive repair shop and is approx.. 51 ft. x 40 ft. with a full concrete floor, is heated by a functioning used oil furnace with a backup LPG forced air furnace.  This section has an 11 ft. x 12 ft. overhead insulated door with an electric opener and is wired for 100v and 220v electric.  It is being sold with a built-in front end alignment machine. 

The third connected section is 35 ft. x 41 ft. and was used for a painting booth and storage.  This section is a pole frame structure with full concrete floor, two 11 ft. x 12 ft. insulated overhead doors, plus walk-in doors and is wired.
