Tract 1
3 surveyed acres and the homestead that lie in Twp 58N, R11W Section 29 of Shelby County. This tract has frontage on Shelby County Road 204 all along the north side. The tract lays good and is virtually all useable.
Ienlargemprovements include a 1,008 sq. ft. single story ranch style frame home that was built in 1966 by the Claussens. The house has 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths, a full kitchen with cherry cabinets and Formica counter tops and appliances. The house has a full basement , enclosed back entry way, masonite siding and a shingle roof. The home has a LPG hot water furnace with individual room registers and thermostats. The floors are hardwood, carpet and tile.
Other improvements include a 24' x 24' detached two car garage with concrete floor and two individual overhead doors. There is a large old style barn with lots of character, an open front machine shed, a functional grain bin and other useful farm and storage buildings.
