“Buyer’s choice method will continue until all tracts have been selected. Tract #4 will be sold to the
highest bidder. THE PROPERTY WILL NOT BE OFFERED IN ITS ENTIRETY AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE
AUCTION. Bidding is NOT contingent upon financing. Immediately following the auction, the winning
bidder(s) will be required to sign a Real Estate contract and pay a deposit of 10% of the purchase price.
The deposit will be held in Escrow at Cameron Title and is NON-REFUNDABLE. Possession will be given at
closing, on or before May 17, 2024. The 2024 Real Estate Taxes will be pro-rated to the date of closing.
Title insurance will be provided by the seller. Closing costs will be split between the buyer and seller.
