The Barton's are moving to a smaller property. This is a very nice collection of well maintained equipment, hand tools, home furnishings and much more. Robert was a mechanic and you can see the pride in how he maintained the equipment. 

The John Deere 3025E tractor with 300E will be sold with the bucket attachment. This is a nice little tractor that is currently showing 101.5 hours at time of listing. There are several attachments that will be sold as well. 

The John Deere Gator 620i 4x4 XUV is showing 194.7 hours at time of listing.

The tractor and Gator will be sold at 5% buyers premium. There will be a 12% buyers premium for all other items in the auction.
