**Pickup Deadline:**   All items must be picked up within the posted pickup times - Items not collected by this time are considered forfeited and will be relisted - NO REFUNDS  

**Settlement and Pickup Information:**   Invoices not settled by the end of the published loadout will be marked as a "No Show," negatively affecting your bidder account.  

**Emergency/Extended Pickup Requests:**   In case of emergencies preventing pickup, Email all requests for extended pickup to crisvan1313@gmail.com before the end of the published loadout timeframe. No phone calls or text messages will be accepted for extended pickup requests.   Please refrain from bidding if you cannot pick up within the posted timeframes. We value your business and appreciate your cooperation.  

**Handling Surcharge:**   An automatic $1.00 handling fee will be added to all lot items won at the end of the auction to offset elevated freight and processing costs.
