This is part 2 of this Estate. Too much for one auction so this is a sale of some of the garage items! There is a lot to offer here. This auction has furniture, collectibles, Home decor, Christmas decor, Summer Decor, lots of new items for resellers! So much to list, The day of pick up we will also be offering sales on the spot. On the spot sales will be cash only sales so don't forget to bring cash! Take a look around to see if you need any other items to add to your home collection. Pick up will be at the homeowners house in Olathe, KS. You MUST make an appointment or you MAY be turned away until one is made. This is to respect the privacy of the homeowners. If you win large items please allow yourself enough time to load within the pick times. If you are unable to load all of your items by the pick up end time, you will need to come back on the next pick up day. Please bring any tools, straps, and help for removal and loading. Our staff is not in charge of removal and loading.
