No. Everything in this auction sells to the highest bidder regardless of price.

4. Can I preview the items before bidding?
The preview for this auction will be on April 22nd from 3 pm to 5pm. We highly recommend inspecting items in person.

5. Is shipping available?
Most items in this auction will be too big to fit in a box for shipping. We do offer shipping for any item that will fit in a regular shipping box.

6. When does the auction close?
The auction will begin closing on Thursday, April 23rd at 7:07 pm with items closing in intervals. Be sure to watch the countdown timer.

7. What is a soft close?
If a bid is placed in the final moments, the closing time will extend to allow fair bidding for all participants.

8. When and how do I pay?
Payment is due after the auction ends. Accepted payment methods and deadlines are the following day and during load out.

9. When do I pick up my items?
Pickup will be by appointment only on Monday April 27th from 9 am to 5 pm and Tuesday April 28th from 9 am to 12 pm. Container load out will be April 28th from 1 pm to 5 pm.Be sure to schedule within the designated timeframe.

10. Are the items tested or guaranteed?
All items are sold as-is, where-is with no guarantees or warranties. Please review descriptions and inspect if possible.

THIS IS AN INTERNET AUCTION ONLY APPLICABLE SALES TAX WILL APPLY BUYERS PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to each purchase. If you bid $100.00, you will be charged $110.00 at checkout. PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment include Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, local check (under $500) & cash. Any invoice over the amount of $2,000 will need to be paid with certified funds such as Cash, Cashier's Check, Money Order, or Wire Transfer. Vehicle assets must be paid using cash, certified check, or wire transfer (Credit Cards are not an acceptable payment method for vehicles). Payment must be made prior to picking any items up. EXTEND ALL/DYNAMIC CLOSING: The auction will begin closing at 7:07 PM on Thursday, April 23rd. The closing time of all lots will be automatically reset to 5 minutes whenever a bid is placed within the last 5 minutes of the lot's closing time and will continue to do so until the timer runs out. After 30 minutes have elapsed (7:37 PM) the timer will only be reset to 3 minutes within the last 3 minutes of the lot's closing time. Once a full hour has elapsed (8:07 PM) the timer will only be reset to 2 minutes within the last 2 minutes of the lot's closing time until the timer runs out. We utilize scheduled load-out by appointment. We will be sending out an email to all winning bidders with a link to sign up for an appointment after the auction is over. LOAD OUT: Winning bidders may pick their items up at 824 N Scott Avenue; Belton, Missouri by appointment only during the published load-out times. Load Out will be held on Monday, April 27th from 9 am to 5 pm, and Tuesday, April 28th from 9 am to 12 pm by scheduled appointment only. Container load out will be on Tuesday, April 28th from 1 pm to 5 pm by appointment only. Any items left after the specified load-out dates will be considered forfeited unless alternate pickup or shipping arrangements are made. It will be the buyer's responsibility to dismantle & disconnect any and all equipment. Please bring your own tools, labor, packing materials & moving equipment. SHIPPING: Shipping costs are $12 for materials and handling plus the cost of shipping through USPS and/or UPS. These charges vary depending on the dimensions, weight, and insurance costs. Once the loadout is completed, we will begin packing your items to be shipped as soon as possible. You will receive shipping updates via text and email from ShippingSaint.com. The time it takes for us to get your items shipped varies from auction to auction depending on the number of buyers with shipping requests. Some items may be too fragile, oversized, or heavy to be shipped with us. These items will not be eligible for shipping through our services but arrangements can be made using other services such as cartage, courier, or other outside shipping options.
