Procedure: Property shall be sold subject to confirmation of final bid by seller or sellers at the conclusion of the bidding process.

Down Payment: 10% Down day of auction with the balance due at closing in 30 days or less.

YOUR BIDDING IS NOT CONDITIONAL UPON FINANCING, be sure you have arranged financing, if needed, and are capable of paying the balance at closing.

Title: Title, title insurance and deed preparation and closing costs to be paid 50/50 by the Buyer and Seller.
Possession: There are no current or future tenancies and possession will be given at closing.

Mineral Rights: The sale shall include 100% of the mineral rights owned by the sellers.
