FULL PAYMENT AT PICK UP BY CASH, LOCAL CHECK, VENMO, PayPal or CREDIT/DEBIT CARD.
A 12% buyer's premium will be added to the winning bid on each item to determine the final sales price
No International Shipping
Once the auction closes an invoice will be emailed to each winning bidder. We will ship most items at your cost. Large items requiring special packing, we will use a third party to ship the item at your cost. If you have shipping questions please contact us before bidding. If you need your items shipped, please contact us to make arrangements for payment and shipping. We will explain our shipping charges at that time. Once your invoice and shipping is paid we will ship your items.
A copy of your invoice will be required at pickup.

Pickup Location will be: Kearney, Missouri
Tuesday -- July 21st, 1:00 pm thru 7:00 pm
Wednesday -- July 22nd, 1:00 pm thru 4:00 pm
Items MUST be picked up on one of these two days. OR by appointment.
You will need to bring your own tools and help to load your items.
NO PACKING SUPPLIES will be provided. You will need to bring your own packing supplies and boxes.
Copy of your invoice required for pickup.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
A 12% buyer premium will be added to each item.
Shipping will be paid by the buyer. If shipping is required, arrangements must be made with Murphy Auction Service. Because shipping supplies have become expensive. We will be adding $3.00 to each box shipped, to cover tape, boxes, packing peanuts and bubble wrap.
All items sell ‘As-Is’ with no warranties expressed or implied.
All sales are final. No refunds will be made.
Descriptions, sizes, colors, and other information are for reference only. Potential bidders are responsible for verifying information. Some items show some wear & tear. If you have any questions contact Murphy Auction Service.
All lots will remain open for bidding should a bid be placed within 3 minutes of the scheduled ending time. If a bid is received in this time frame the bidding is extended for 3 additional minutes. This may repeat if bids are placed within the last minutes.
No contingencies accepted.
Purchases must be picked up during the listed pick up hours or the purchaser will incur a $25.00 reschedule fee. Murphy Auction Services must be contacted to set up a special trip to the pickup site.
Registered bidder will be responsible for any and all bids made on his/her registration (bid number).
