Payment Methods: Credit cards accepted up to $2,500 maximum
ANY invoice over $2500 requires payment by cash, cashier’s check, ACH or wire transfer. 
Buyer should contact Higher Calling Auctions for wire transfer and ACH information.
Buyer is responsible for wire transfer fees. If using wire transfer, buyer should contact [email protected] for updated invoice and wire instructions.
ALL payments must be received before items are released.

ALL equipment load out stops at dusk. Please plan accordingly. 
Condition: All items are sold AS-IS with no warranties. Buyers are advised to perform a full maintenance check for fluid levels, bolt and hose tightness. Descriptions are provided by seller.

Buy-it-Now

Some lots in this auction use the Buy-it-Now feature. Check each lot description to see if it applies. When a buyer uses Buy-it-Now, the lot closes immediately and is removed from active bidding, the same as any lot that closes at its scheduled end. Only the winning buyer is notified. Buy-it-Now turns off once bidding reaches 85% of the Buy-it-Now price. To purchase using the Buy-it-Now price contact the Auction company directly.

Buyer Notice: Equipment may contain only light-duty oil used for loading and unloading during transport. Manufacturer recommends assuming machines are not filled with operational oil at delivery. Always check and fill with the appropriate oil type before use.

Credit Card Limit: Accepted up to $2,500 maximum. Any purchase over $2500 require payment by cash, cashiers check, ACH/Wire Transfer. Buyer is responsible for wire fees. Contact [email protected] for wire instructions and updated invoice. 

Equipment with motor, container, or boat requires Cash, Wire Transfer, or Cashier’s Check

All Sales Are Final – Items Sold AS-IS. Some scratches or cosmetic damage may be visible due to shipping in container. Shipping containers are sold as one use, and may have scuffs and scratches, but are watertight.  

It is recommended to check all bolts and connections prior to putting any equipment into service.

Transporter contact information is available upon request but Buyer may use any transporter they choose. 

Equipment loading concludes at dusk for safety. Small item load out only after dark.
