Tract #1 – 157 Acres +/- (Survey Pending)
Located along the West side of CR 220. A highly productive levee protected Missouri River bottom farm w/ 143.88 FSA tillable acres. Approximately 90% tillable w/ Blencoe, Landes & Treloar soils.
