Farm is located along Hwy 65 just south of the Bogard, MO junction. From Carrollton, MO head north approximately 7 miles or from Chillicothe, MO head south approximately 26 miles to sale location. Auction signs posted on sale day!

Make plans now to attend this auction! Terry has decided to retire from farming and all items sell absolute - without reserve. Farm support items will sell beginning at 10:00 AM with machinery to follow beginning around 11:00 AM. Live internet bidding will be available prior-to and live during the auction on major farm items. Lunch will be available on the grounds. Loader and auction personnel will be available sale day to assist in load out – please bring your trailers. Not responsible for accidents, errors, or omissions. Announcements sale day take precedence.

All items must be settled for in full day of auction. Buyer registration will be video recorded and Photo ID required. Cash, valid check, and credit/debit cards will be accepted. All purchases made with a credit/debit card will have a 3% merchant fee added to the total.
