Due to the passing of Robert “Bob” Sims, the following will be sold at the Chillicothe Elks Lodge, Chillicothe, MO. On South Washington Street/ Highway 65, go east on Ryan Lane (at Chillicothe Post Office) for 3 blocks to the sale location. Elks Lodge entry and parking on the south end of the building. Auction signs posted sale day!

It is impossible to list every sport card, music album, diecast, and model in this sale. Every nook and cranny in the home is packed! Plus 2 storage units! This is the first of two auctions for the Sims estate, with the remainder of the collection in November. Be sure to follow our website for information on future auctions. MUSIC COLLECTION

Mr. Sims amassed a music collection consisting of over 6000+ LP’s! There is every genre in this amazing collection! You must see it. Music from the 60’s including Bobby Vinton, KinKs, Archies, Dave Clark 5, Buckinghams, Gary Puckett and the Union Gap, and Woodstock 1 and Woodstock 2, just to name a few. The 70’s include legendary bands like Sly and the Family Stone, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Bread, Three Dog Night, Mama’s and the Papa’s, Birds, Emerson, Lake, and Palmer, Jesse Colter, Ozark Mountain DareDevils, Seals and Crofts, Chicago, Aerosmith, Grand Funk Railroad and many more to be discovered on sale day. And decades of country music stars including Johnny Cash, Kenny Rogers, George Jones, Merle Haggard, Reba McIntire, Conway Twitty, John Cougar Mellencamp, Willie Nelson, Dolly Parton, and many, many others. Plus the King, Elvis Presley.

SPORTING CARDS & SPORTING COLLECTIBLES

There are at least a 100,000+ sporting items stored away in totes, albums, boxes, briefcases, and original packages in this collection! Topps, Score, Donruss, Fleer, Upper Deck, Bowman, and more! Baseball, football, hockey, basketball, and others! Graded cards, traded cards, rookie cards, microcards, boxed sets, uncut sheet, pennants, bobbleheads, action figures, collector caps, and baseball programs. Impossible to see them all at listing! DIECAST, HOT WHEELS, PLASTIC MODEL COLLECTION

Mr. Sims also enjoyed collecting cars and was able to put together an amazing collection of several thousand diecast, Hot Wheel, and plastic model cars. The diecast (Maisto, Jada, Burago, Heatcraft, Motowork, Ertl, Funline and others) include Nascar (Gordon, Earnhart, Waltrip, and others), NHRA (Snake, Winston, Jerzees, Parts America, Miller Light, more), Outlaw Sprints, Muscle cars, the classics, and advertising banks. The Hot Wheels (250+) include many new in the package plus others in display cabinets, plus Hot Wheel Pro cars. And there are hundreds of model kit (AMT, MPC, Revell, etc) cars! Some kits never assembled and some put together. Come and see!

Also selling will be glass show display cabinets; Edge RC cars (x2, #3 Earnhart); swords; knives (x25, fixed blade, pocket); deer mounts, turkey mount, and other items packed away in totes and unseen at time of listing!
